How You’ll Make an ImpactYour primary goal is to bridge the gap between curiosity and partnership. You will:
- Own the Outreach: Proactively engage potential clients through strategic cold calling, personalized emails, and creative social outreach.
- Curate Leads: Move beyond just "calling names"—you’ll qualify inbound interest and build genuine rapport with decision-makers to understand their unique property needs.
- Bridge the Gap: Seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to our Account Executives by scheduling high-value service reviews and discovery meetings.
- Manage the Pipeline: Keep our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) organized and accurate, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research the multi-family housing market to spot emerging trends and untapped growth territories.
- Collaborate & Win: Work hand-in-hand with our Marketing and Sales teams to sharpen our messaging and improve lead conversion.

- Organization: You’re detail-oriented; you believe that if a task isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.
- Experience: A background in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred, and familiarity with sales automation tools is a major plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
