We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our company's human resources functions, supporting our commitment to fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage a variety of HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full cycle of employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations

- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support

- Administer employee benefits programs and payroll processing

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

- Conduct training sessions on company policies, diversity, and inclusion initiatives

- Assist in performance management processes and employee development plans

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

- Support organizational development initiatives and workplace culture activities

Skills and Qualifications:

- U.S. citizenship required in accordance with federal contract requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role (3-5 years)

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Paylocity) and MS Office Suite

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
