Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards, and leading a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in achieving departmental goals, budgets, and service standards.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and teamwork.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control for food, beverages, and supplies.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development, promotions, and events.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed accurately.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within food and beverage (2+ years preferred).
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
• TIPS/TAMS Certification
• ServeSafe Certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, service techniques, and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
