In this role, you will help drive the growth and performance of large-scale paid social campaigns focused on reaching high-intent B2B audiences across multiple digital platforms. You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment where experimentation, optimization, and strategic thinking are highly valued. Accountabilities:
  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, and other emerging channels.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies using core audiences, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and first-party data insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets, bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and creatives to improve ROAS and overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, engineering, and creative teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking, event implementation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate creative asset requests and ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals and platform best practices.
  • Analyze campaign data using advertising platforms, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools to identify performance trends and opportunities.
  • Create performance dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and campaign reviews.
  • Test new channels, audiences, ad formats, and optimization strategies to scale successful campaigns and improve underperforming segments.
  • Stay informed on evolving paid social trends, automation tools, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
  • Proven experience handling performance-driven campaigns with significant monthly advertising budgets.
  • Strong understanding of paid social campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns toward business metrics such as ROAS, lead generation, revenue growth, or customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
  • Knowledge of additional social advertising platforms such as TikTok, Quora, or Reddit is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working during U.S. business hours when required.
  • Reliable internet connection, suitable remote work setup, and ability to work independently in a contract-based environment.
