How You will Make an Impact:

Our program is designed to give you the chance to make a true impact on our business. As an IT Intern, you will have a direct impact on our business and will be involved with the following work:

  • Assist with rollout and end user adoption of automated ERP testing tools.

  • Assist in the maintenance, organization, and end user adoption and usage of ERP training materials

Availability requirement is typically 12 - 20 hours per week; Monday through Friday

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate Degree at an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Must be able to work independently while forming working relationships with resources that are located across other sites and time zones.

  • Effectively translate the needs of the business into technical solutions.

  • Learning the complex technical and business environments associated with our multiple Manufacturing Execution Systems.

  • Understand both the technical solution as well as the business requirements and can effectively communicate at both levels.

  • The role requires an understanding of a variety of technologies (application, languages, infrastructure) with the ability and motivation to learn “just in time” to support assignments.

Preferred:
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting computers and mobile devices
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical/problem-solving abilities and organization
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player • Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and/or in team.

  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
