This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive professional to support senior leadership within a fast-growing global fintech environment. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to executives, helping streamline operations, manage complex schedules, and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple teams and regions. You’ll play a central role in maintaining smooth communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders while supporting key meetings, events, and operational processes. The position offers broad exposure to cross-functional collaboration, fast-paced decision-making, and high-impact business initiatives. Accountabilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination for senior executives across multiple time zones and priorities.
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership teams and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on important matters.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, team events, offsites, all-hands sessions, and strategic business reviews, including logistics, agendas, and documentation.
  • Support operational efficiency by creating trackers, reporting tools, workflows, and communication processes that improve team collaboration and visibility.
  • Organize business travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transfers, and travel documentation where required.
  • Prepare presentations, internal communications, reports, meeting materials, and executive documentation.
  • Handle expense management, invoice coordination, onboarding support, and occasional office or reception-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to support internal initiatives, employee engagement activities, and workplace operations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and strong ownership.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, executive travel, events, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Confluence.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across global teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in high-growth startup or fintech environments is highly valued.
  • Positive, adaptable, and proactive mindset with a strong customer-service orientation and collaborative spirit.
