Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations during assigned shifts to ensure safe and efficient beverage manufacturing.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for production line employees.
• Monitor batching, filling, packaging, and production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a strong floor presence by providing hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and support to operators.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
• Oversee production line changeovers, ensuring correct packaging materials, bottle sizes, coding, and raw materials are used.
• Review operator reports for accuracy related to raw material usage, waste tracking, quality checks, sanitation, and production reporting.
• Complete end-of-shift reports documenting production performance, equipment issues, downtime, and attendance concerns.
• Respond appropriately to accidents, injuries, emergencies, or employee concerns while communicating updates to management and HR.
• Promote and maintain a culture of workplace safety and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, LOTO, and workplace safety standards.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and legible.
• Support food safety and quality initiatives by following company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training related to safety, equipment operation, and production procedures.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Bottle Manufacturing: 2 years preferred
• Manufacturing: 3+ years required
• Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and motions
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, grasping, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts
