Serves as a leader within a generation plant and acts as a role model for direct reports and peers across the fleet. Ensures the plant maintains a culture of flexibility to meet the priorities of safety, teamwork, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Supervises projects, planning activities, and bargaining unit employees.
