Software Engineer

Overview
We are seeking Software Engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions supporting mission-critical systems. This role is ideal for engineers early to mid-career looking to grow their technical skills and contribute to impactful projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and services
  • Work with team members to define requirements and implement solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems for performance and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues

Core Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 0–7 years of software development experience
  • Experience with one or more languages (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and development tools
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with containers or CI/CD pipelines
  • Agile development experience
CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Compensation Spotlight:
For this role, our typical salary range starts at $130,000 and stretches up to $250,000. But here's the deal – we're not about capping your potential.
