As a Department Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a department within our store. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to motivate and inspire others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of employees in the department, and provide coaching and feedback
Monitor inventory levels and ensure that shelves are adequately stocked at all times
Create and implement strategies to increase department sales and profitability
Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business

Requirements

Must be at least 18yrs old, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position within the retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
Experienced knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
