- Manage and support identity and access systems across MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments, including user provisioning, permissions, and governance
- Maintain endpoint management platforms, device compliance, patching processes, and mobile device management (MDM) baselines
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolve escalated infrastructure and systems issues for internal teams
- Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows, automation pipelines, and intelligent support processes
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies to improve IT operations, scalability, and team productivity
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and SRE teams to ensure responsible AI deployment and compliance with governance standards
- Monitor system performance proactively, identify operational risks, and implement optimization initiatives
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and process guides to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and help drive strategic improvements across SaaS, cloud, and endpoint ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, or in a similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems
- Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Shell, or similar languages
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Hands-on experience administering SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian products
- Experience with identity management solutions and MDM platforms such as Okta, Kandji, Jamf, FleetDM, or ScaleFusion
- Exposure to AI-integrated workflows, automation tools, LLM APIs, or orchestration platforms is highly valued
- Understanding of security best practices, MFA, data privacy, and responsible AI usage
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment while balancing multiple priorities effectively
