This role sits at the heart of employee experience operations, transforming complex HR and service delivery data into actionable insights that drive better support outcomes, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. You will work across HR systems and service platforms to analyze performance trends, uncover bottlenecks, and improve the quality and speed of employee services. Acting as a key analytical partner to Employee Service & Operations leaders, you will design dashboards, monitor core metrics, and provide the insights needed to optimize staffing, workflows, and service delivery models. The environment is highly collaborative and data-driven, with strong exposure to cross-functional HR teams and enterprise programs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys deep analytical work combined with storytelling and operational impact. Your work will directly influence how employees experience support services across the organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and maintain Employee Service Center reporting cadences, including dashboards and recurring reports that translate operational data into insights for leadership reviews and business decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze key service metrics such as SLA adherence, resolution time, backlog, CSAT, and case volume to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of Workday transactions and HR Service Delivery workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes impacting service performance.
  • Support capacity and workforce planning by developing data models and dashboards that inform staffing needs and operational scaling decisions.
  • Investigate recurring issues, escalations, and process gaps, quantifying impact and recommending data-driven improvements and workflow optimizations.
  • Partner with HR, COEs, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders to support cyclical HR programs, organizational changes, and enterprise initiatives with accurate reporting and insights.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by auditing HR transactions, identifying discrepancies, and recommending process or system improvements.
  • Communicate insights through clear visuals and narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences to support decision-making and prioritization.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, workforce management, shared services, or similar data-focused roles.
  • Strong experience working with HR systems such as Workday and ticketing/workflow platforms like ServiceNow or equivalent tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, BI dashboards, and ideally SQL or similar querying languages.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience identifying root causes, trends, and operational inefficiencies from large datasets.
  • Ability to build dashboards and reports and translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in HR service delivery or employee operations environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, data integrity mindset, and commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range between $79,000 and $132,800 depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for equity awards based on performance, experience, and role level.
  • Fully remote work flexibility across most U.S. locations.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and employee wellness programs.
  • Retirement savings plan with company support.
  • Opportunities to work on high-impact HR analytics and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation, growth, and employee development.
