Multi Skilled Team Member at Headland Venues – Eastbourne, England

Headland is a highly regarded hospitality operator in and around Eastbourne. As we head out of winter, we are looking to expand our teams with smart, engaging, ambitious people, as waiters and bar tenders.

About us and our venues:

We are owned and operated by an internationally award-winning team, with backgrounds in hospitality, leisure and entertainment. We currently have four venues with a fifth on its way:

· The Eight Bells is our award-winning country pub, located in the picturesque village of Jevington, and serves the best of pub food, as well as casual fine dining and outside barbecue in summer.

· Light is the top-floor restaurant at Eastbourne’s acclaimed Towner Gallery and is widely regarded as the town’s best restaurant, in a modern setting with a beautifully curated menu. It’s little bother, Flicker, is the ground-floor café and cinema bar at Towner.

· The Bohemian is our live music and entertainment venue, located alongside the theatres and Winter Garden in Eastbourne’s Devonshire Quarter. It has its own baby-grand piano, a wacky quiz every week, DJ’s every weekend and a wide-ranging European menu.

Our next venue, a private dining and members club will open this autumn, so there is plenty of scope for progression within our business

The skills you should have:

· Essential: some experience in premium hospitality

· Preferrable: some coffee-making and bar skills

· A bonus: a good understanding of food, wine and cocktails
