Outside Operations/Valet at Liberty National Golf Club – Jersey City, New Jersey

Liberty National Golf Club is seeking professional, personable, and highly responsible individuals to serve as Seasonal Valet & Outside Operations Attendants. This role is essential in creating the first and last impression for our members and guests while also supporting the daily flow of golf operations.

This position blends valet services and outside golf operations, requiring individuals who are presentable in appearance, attentive to detail, and service-driven in attitude. Attendants will greet members, safely manage vehicles, assist with golf bags, and help maintain an organized and welcoming arrival experience. Success in this role requires maturity, accountability, and a genuine desire to provide a polished, personalized club experience.

• Prior valet, hospitality, or golf operations experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance
• Responsible, trustworthy, and capable of handling members’ vehicles and belongings with care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high service standards
• Availability for full-time seasonal employment (April 1 – November 30)

• Provide a warm, professional, and personable greeting to all members and guests upon arrival and departure
• Safely Park and retrieve members’ vehicles with care and responsibility
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles on property to ensure efficient and seamless service
• Assist with golf bag handling, including staging, loading, and end-of-day placement in vehicles
• Support outside operations as needed to ensure smooth pace of play and organized bag movement
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional valet and bag drop area at all times
• Anticipate member needs by engaging courteously and offering assistance proactively
• Uphold a polished and presentable appearance in accordance with club standards
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality for all scheduled shifts, including one weekend day per week
