Like to get your hands dirty, get your steps and provide value for community cleanliness? As a Trash Service Partner you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of trash/recycling at apartment communities during your chosen time blocks.

What You'll Do:

• Collect trash and pet waste from designated pick-up points within residential communities during the agreed upon time frame.
• Use a compactor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trash collection areas.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Valet Trash Support Team.

What You'll Need:

• A working and up to date smartphone.
• Have reliable transportation to get to and from the assigned community.
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to walk up to 2.5 miles per block.
• pick-up truck or trailer preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

This opportunity is to service Novi at Jordan Valley Station in West Jordan, UT as a 1099 Contractor. The service schedule for this property will be 5 days a week, from Sunday-Thursday from 7pm-9pm.

The Preferred Trash Service Program is for Trash Service Partners who are looking for more consistent work opportunities at an enhanced rate. In this program you will be committing to service a single community every day that service is needed (either 5 or 7 days a week) and must meet the minimum thresholds provided below:

Criteria for the Preferred Trash Service Program:

• Commitment to service a single property
• 18 or more service blocks completed monthly OR 15 more with 3 occurring on a Saturday or Sunday
• Less than 2 violations issued in any given 60 day period
• 100% service completion (removing trash from all units, correctly logging exceptions, taking proper photos...)
