Lead GSR in Holyoke, Massachusetts at Holyoke Medical Center

In addition to performing the GSR duties and responsibilities, the lead GSR will:

• be responsible for training all new GSRs
• assign floors to GSRs daily
• assist other GSRs with diet questions
• monitor and evaluate work flow of GSR’s daily
• ensure that all patient meals requests are taken in a timely manner
• communicate any pertinent patient information to GSRs
• ensure that all specialty menus are communicated and distributed to patients
• ensure that all consumption boards are completed daily

REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate; minimum of five years of GSR experience; ability to read, write, and speak English; must be technology savvy; prior healthcare food service experience is desirable
