NOW HIRING LANDSCAPING LABORER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

Starting pay of $18+ per hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Are you passionate about working outdoors and creating beautiful, well-maintained properties? On The Green is hiring Landscaping Laborers to join our team. Our ideal candidate enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in quality results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities:

• Routine landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, mulching, pruning, raking, and flower planting.
• Complete spring and fall clean-ups with attention to detail.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Ensure all properties are left clean, neat, and professionally finished.
• Support additional tasks as needed to complete daily job assignments.

• Landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with teammates and clients.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 35–80 lbs regularly.
