Role Description:

Oversee the floor-level production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities typically include supervising and coordinating the activities of Chop and Drop onsite activities, monitoring logistics schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing and maintaining customer appointment procedures, identifying and resolving logistical issues. Driving sales, meeting Chop and Drop targets, maintaining a safe work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the Chop and Drop program.

Role Expectation and KPIs:

Frontline Leadership and Vision:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive efficiencies as set per departmental goals/outcomes.

Align departmental goals with the company’s strategic objectives.

KPI: Achievement of strategic milestones, departmental production metrics.

Production Operational Oversight:

Ensure optimal operation within the department, in accordance with company standards.

Oversee the implementation of safety, quality, and inventory management practices.

KPI: Operational efficiency metrics, compliance rates.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Promote high standards of quality and ethical practices.

· Understand, meet, and follow all DOT guidelines. Needs to understand, meet, and follow all DOT guidelines.

· Maneuver a trailer through congested and tight areas.

· Lift at least 75lbs.

· Comfortable with cold calling.

· Expected to maintain his truck and trailer.
