About the Role:
As Product Director - Investor's Business Daily (IBD), you will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution across Investors.com and IBD's Premium Tools suite including MarketSurge, Leaderboard, SwingTrader, and MarketDiem, shaping the future of our investor-focused digital experiences. Working closely with the Business Strategy Team, you will oversee a portfolio that blends editorial, tools, and subscription products, delivering differentiated value for both retail and professional investors.
As a senior leader, you'll manage a team of product managers and collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and newsroom partners to drive sustainable growth across subscriptions and engagement. You'll translate user insight and market dynamics into a multi-year product roadmap aligned with IBD's mission of empowering investors with data-driven insights and performance tools.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong strategic judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to influence across the organization. You will report to the SVP - Consumer Product.

- Define and deliver a multi-year roadmap that deepens user engagement, enhances the subscription value proposition, and drives revenue growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, design, engineering, and marketing leaders to ensure executional excellence and alignment with business goals
- Champion customer focus, embedding user research and analytics into all stages of product development
- Establish and measure success metrics (KPIs) for IBD digital products, ensuring data-driven decisions and ROI accountability
- Balance long-term strategy and near-term delivery, managing trade-offs and sequencing initiatives to maximize impact
- Partner with commercial teams to shape product packaging, pricing, and market positioning for IBD's premium offerings
- Represent IBD product strategy across Dow Jones, contributing to cross-brand collaboration and shared best practices
You Have:
- 10+ years' product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers or teams
- A proven track record of leading complex, multi-product portfolios or consumer digital businesses
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives
- Deep domain expertise in digital media, financial information products, or investor tools
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience using data to drive decisions and demonstrate product impact
- Experience partnering with engineering and design to deliver technically feasible, high-quality user experiences
- Ability to balance innovation and operational excellence, guiding teams through ambiguity toward measurable outcomes
