Inventory Clerk II

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Clerk II to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth inventory operations by managing parts, supplies, and tools critical to our manufacturing process. You’ll play a key role in expediting quick-build orders, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting production flow. • Expedite parts and materials between work centers and buildings to keep production on schedule.
• Assist the stockroom with cycle counting, kitting, and inventory transactions.
• Safely transport parts between buildings and operate a forklift (clean driving record required).
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts.
• Record and process inventory changes in our MRP software.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all team members.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support inventory control.
• Carefully pack and ship finished goods to ensure quality delivery.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related role.
• Ability to interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and shop floor work orders.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with MRP or ERP systems.
• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or inventory best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

For California, the hourly base pay range for this role is $17.89-$29.29
