Responsibilities:

• Work directly with team members and customers to develop enriching relationships that enhance client satisfaction and fuel the sales process.
• Build rapport among customers toestablishstrongnetwork of clientele and prospects.
• Provide training and support to sales staff andassistin closing deals.
• Facilitateregular sales training forcontinueteam growth.
• Demonstrateleadership by settinga clear visionand goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes.
• Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
• Manage the negotiation process with sales team members ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Partner with General Manager and/or General Sales Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory.
• Analyze business metrics todetermineshortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance.
