As an Escrow Officer I, you’ll manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into an officer role and grow.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Manage residential, commercial, and national transactions
• Prepare and present closing documents
• Coordinate closings, recordings, and disbursements
• Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction
• Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations
• Perform notary duties and represent the company professionally

🧠 What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in escrow or real estate
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software
• Valid Notary Commission and driver’s license
