Job Summary

The Assistant Account Manager supports the Account Management team by coordinating client-related activities, managing project details, preparing documentation, and tracking deadlines to ensure accurate and timely delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day client and project needs
  • Assist with project coordination, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and client communications
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Account Management, or related field preferred, or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Candidates nearing completion of a degree will be considered
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support, customer service, or account coordination experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business environment

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will have prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, in-office position. Some flexibility in hours may be available; however, the employee must be present during core business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
