We are looking for a self-driven Accountant who is deadline oriented and has attention to detail to join our Accounting Department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Shift:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• 8:00am - 4:30pm - Monday through Friday

Principle Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job:

• General Ledger duties, including posting monthly journal entries and accruals, completing banking tasks, and reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Payroll duties, including inputting and reviewing timecard data, knowledge of earnings and deductions, and maintaining and updating payroll checks and documentation
• Accounts Payable duties, including posting invoices, paying vendors and reconciling vendor statements
• Preparing financial statements and reports and ensuring accuracy of account balances.
• Assisting in the completion of Governmental and State reports, tax returns and audits.

• Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Accounting or related filed
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (GP)
