Who This Role Is Perfect For
This position is ideal for a Dental Assistant who:
- Has 1–2 years of experience (or is a recent assisting school graduate)
- Wants to learn the right way to assist in a high-tech, organized office
- Thrives with structure, checklists, and clear expectations

- Enjoys working closely with doctors and patients
- Wants to grow into expanded functions and advanced clinical skills
You do not need to know everything yet — we will train you.
All new Dental Assistants complete structured onboarding and a short competency review after two weeks to ensure confidence and clarity with our systems.
Role Summary
The Dental Assistant plays a key role in delivering a smooth, positive patient experience while supporting the doctor chairside and learning how treatment is organized, presented, and scheduled.
You will be trained in:
- Advanced imaging and photography protocols
- Chairside assisting for all procedures
- Digital charting and treatment documentation
- Patient communication and education
- Infection control and operatory excellence
- Our digital systems and automation platforms
We are a tech-forward practice using modern scanners, CBCT, AI-assisted imaging, digital photography, and streamlined workflow systems that reduce chaos and increase clarity.
Requirements:What You’ll Be Responsible For: Clinical & Chairside Support
- Prepare operatories for all procedures
- Take x-rays, photos, and digital scans
- Assist chairside efficiently and proactively
- Maintain sterile, organized, and fully stocked rooms
- Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
Patient Experience
- Guide patients through their visit confidently
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed
- Support same-day treatment flow when appropriate
Learning Treatment Flow
- Assist with charting and understanding treatment plans
- Learn how cases are phased and scheduled
- Support communication between clinical and admin teams
Operational Support
- Help manage supplies and equipment
- Track lab cases and assist with follow-ups
- Support smooth daily workflow across the office
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of Dental Assisting experience or recent graduate
- Comfortable taking x-rays (we will train further)
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, growth-oriented attitude
- Comfortable using technology
- Team player with strong work ethic
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- EFDA certification (or interest in pursuing it)
- Experience with digital scanners or photography
- Interest in implants, ortho, or advanced procedures
