We’re hiring a full-time hygienist (30+ hours/week) in Willoughby, OH, aka the historic downtown, local spots to eat, and weekend farmer’s market energy.

• $45–$55/hr
• Production-based bonuses available (good care should come with good pay)

  Cleveland-based via the Dominican Republic, with experience across oral surgery, implants, endo, restorative, and more. Passionate about comprehensive care and patient outcomes.

• Provide excellent preventive + periodontal care (prophys, perio maintenance, SRP as appropriate)
• Educate patients in a real-world, no-shame way
  (“You only floss before appointments?” Great. That means you already own floss. We can build from there.)
• Complete thorough assessments and documentation
• Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning and oral-systemic health
• Maintain strong infection control and a calm, welcoming patient experience

• You have an active Ohio RDH license (or can obtain)
