Offer all available resources for securing payment to include Medicaid application assistance, financial assistance application processing, recurring payments, bank loans, etc. Run and verify insurance eligibility and estimates prior to date of service. Be responsible for balancing daily drawer. Must be comfortable answering phones and interacting directly with patients in a non-clinical setting. Multitasking is key in this fast-paced environment. Act as a liaison between billing, scheduling, and registration.
