Job Description
LTE Care Plus is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate staff schedules and client appointments. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle call-outs, rescheduling, and last-minute changes
- Communicate with staff and clients to confirm schedules
- Maintain accurate scheduling records
- Ensure proper coverage at all times
Requirements:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems)
