Residential Service Technician at Bluedrop LLC – South Easton, Massachusetts

Bluedrop solves water quality issues for Residential and Commercial clients with the design and installation of water purification equipment. We are seeking a Residential Service Technician to join our growing service team!

Responsibilities

• Perform operational checks and routine filter changes on all systems
• Troubleshooting various types of equipment
• Assisting in maintaining vehicle and warehouse inventory
• Completing assigned service routes in an efficient manner
• Interfacing with customers regularly during site visits and service calls
• Maintain a clean and orderly van
• Comply with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures
• Ability to prepare accurate and complete paperwork
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product
• Training will be provided for specific applications, equipment, water testing and other aspects of this job
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Water filtration or plumbing experience preferred, but not required

• Pass pre-employment background check
• Valid driver’s license with record in good standing
• Ability to lift up to (60) lbs.
• 3+ years of related work experience
