SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified HRIS Specialist.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP's The Human Resources Department is looking for a HRIS Specialist to maintain all aspects of employee data in multiple information systems. This role is based on site at the Middletown RI campus and will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and system efficiency within various HRIS systems and databases, including ADP Workforce Now, Deltek (Time & Expense, CostPoint), and Cornerstone (Learning Management & Recruiting).
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Administration, provisioning, and maintenance of all employee data in various HRIS systems.
- Assists in the administration, maintenance, and modifications of the HRIS processes, procedures, and navigation training guidelines.
- Participates in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades.
- Performs quarterly audits to ensure accuracy, consistency throughout multiple systems, and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Creates and automates the delivery of Human Resources‐specific reports for operational use, as well as ad‐hoc reports.
- Administration, provisioning, and maintenance of our Learning Management & Recruiting System, including the setup of new trainings and employee enrollments.
- Administration of the Performance Review Process, including generation of automated performance review forms and monitoring timely completion of reviews within a structured timeline.
- Other duties as assigned, including special projects and general Human Resources responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required,associate's degree preferred.
Experience: 3 years’ experience with HRIS systems required; ideal candidates would have experience with ADP Workforce Now and Deltek.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of HR databases and software.
- Experience with Excel and Comma Separated Values (CSV) reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
- Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment with flexibility to quickly adapt to
change.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
