The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll own the full client journey from first appointment through to close. This is a closing-focused role, supported by inbound leads and a strong outreach team, but success here belongs to the hunter who thrives on converting opportunity into outcomes.

You'll be operating within a highly systemised, proven sales process. If you love a structured playbook and want to put your energy into closing, not building from scratch, this is your role.

In this role, you'll own:

  • Managing the full sales journey from first contact to close, with an average <15-day turnaround
  • Owning a robust pipeline across inbound and outreach channels
  • Conducting deep discovery conversations to understand each client's goals and readiness to invest
  • Facilitating consultative strategy sessions that build trust and position tailored solutions
  • Applying proven sales techniques to achieve a 40%+ close rate on qualified leads
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly revenue and performance targets
  • Ensuring smooth, high-quality handovers to internal delivery teams
  • Investing in your own growth through training, coaching, and team learning

What Success Looks Like

  • 40%+ close rate on qualified leads
  • Consistent achievement of weekly revenue targets
  • Clean, well-managed pipeline with strong conversion at each stage
  • High-quality client handovers that reflect Dashdot's standards
  • Active contribution to team culture and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

You'll need:

  • Proven closing experience – a consistent track record in mid-to-high-ticket, consultative sales with demonstrated ability to close
  • Pipeline ownership – you take full responsibility for building, managing, and progressing a structured, high-quality pipeline
  • Background in a structured, high-performance sales environment
  • Process-first mindset – you thrive within a systemised environment and understand that leveraging proven processes accelerates results
  • CRM fluency – experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools to keep your pipeline sharp
  • Coachable and curious – you actively seek feedback, take ownership of your growth, and never stop learning
  • Self-driven – you operate with autonomy, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in a remote environment
  • Team-oriented – you prioritise collective success and contribute positively to a collaborative culture

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in property investment, buyer's agency, or financial services
  • Personal experience as a property investor - you know the journey firsthand

What We're NOT Looking For

We're a highly systemised team with a proven playbook, and we need someone who's excited to operate within it, not rewrite it. This role is best suited to someone who brings strong closing skills and is ready to slot into a high-performing system from day one.

The Culture

At Dashdot, our culture is built on Freedom and Responsibility. We trust our team members to manage their work autonomously while upholding our values and striving for excellence. We foster an environment of mutual respect, continuous improvement, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Experience a flexible, remote work environment where your contributions make a real difference.
