• Salary/Pay Rate: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (Salary + Commission) plus Year-End Bonus.

• Location: Reisterstown, MD

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends if required

You will serve as a strategic leader for a rapidly expanding organization aiming to scale revenue to $10 million. This role offers a unique career trajectory with the potential for company ownership within five years. You will have the autonomy to shape team culture while driving high-level profitability and operational excellence.

• Direct all field operations and production meetings to ensure projects align with strict profitability goals and timelines.

• Analyze job profitability reports and financial data to anticipate future consequences and implement pro-active solutions.

• Cultivate a high-performance team culture by inviting employee input and leading regular organizational meetings.

• Execute sound decision-making to resolve technical on-site problems in a timely and professional manner.

• Leverage current technology and integrate new AI-driven tools to modernize project tracking and communication.

• Translate complex project goals into actionable tasks for field crews to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the drywall or specialty trade industry.

• Proven leadership ability to guide teams toward common professional and financial goals.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly in person and via digital platforms.

• Strong background in basic accounting and the ability to monitor and report on project financial health.

• Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced construction environments with a focus on being pro-active.

• Previous experience managing both residential and commercial drywall .

• Strong desire for long-term career growth, including interest in future executive leadership or ownership.

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
