MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Pay Range: $25 – $29/hour (Based on experience)

Type: Full-Time | Hourly | Night Shift

We're looking for a hands-on and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing operation. If you're a problem-solver with solid mechanical and electrical skills who thrives in a team environment, we want to hear from you!

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring machines and tools are maintained in top condition, minimizing downtime and keeping production running smoothly.

• Perform emergency, preventative, and scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Set up and prepare equipment for production runs.
• Replace, repair, test, and adjust machine parts as needed.
• Perform basic carpentry and plumbing work.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Work closely with Regulatory Compliance to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Training or certifications in electrical, pneumatics, or hydraulics preferred.
• Welding, PLC programming, and industrial electrical experience is a big plus.
• Forklift operation experience is desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving equipment.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working overnight on a fixed 3rd shift schedule (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM).
