An exciting career as an Inside Sales Representative is available at DiscountCell! This is a part-time opportunity and is located on-site in our Provo, Utah location. Office hours are 8-5 M-F, with morning and afternoon position available.
The Inside Sales Representative will assist with quote and opportunity management of sales opportunities to help follow up on quotes provided, provide additional information to customers and make efforts to close the opportunities to orders to drive revenue and sales. There is no telemarketing involved with the job. Time spent on the phone will be in working with existing customers seeking technology solutions, Carrier representatives to assist in providing solutions and working with Vendors and manufacturers to provide workable solutions for customers.
This representative will also assist with processing of existing orders to work to getting them to close as well. We have a casual dress code and great working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Business Development reps to see how can assist with closing current opportunities
- Make phone calls to follow up on opportunities as well as current quotes to see if can close to order
- Enter and release customer orders for shipment
- Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with placing orders or answering product questions.
- Assist in keeping customers up to date regarding their order status.
- Work on additional projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Prefer typing speed of at least 45 wpm
- Familiarity with Windows operating system
- Self-Starter, Task oriented, organized
- Able to learn quickly
Compensation: $17-$22 / hour
