About The Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM) to join our Boston-based US Sales team. This salaried, full-time position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships while driving the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to manage the entire sales cycle, craft effective strategies, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and onboarding clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and proven success in meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipeline and reporting.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
