About the Role:

The Clinical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services within a professional, scientific, and technical services environment. This position is responsible for guiding and supporting clinical staff to ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory standards, and organizational policies. The Clinical Supervisor will lead efforts to enhance patient care outcomes through effective supervision, training, and performance evaluation of clinical teams. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring that services meet both client needs and compliance requirements. Ultimately, the Clinical Supervisor ensures that clinical operations run smoothly, ethically, and efficiently, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant clinical field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing.
  • Current and valid professional licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with clinical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the professional, scientific, and technical services industry.

Responsibilities:
