Job Summary
The Account Manager (Hospitality & Events) is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating event and service details, and ensuring accurate communication between clients and internal teams. This role requires a highly organized, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support seamless event execution while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, expectations, and preferences
- Provide solutions and recommendations based on client requests and service capabilities
- Ensure clients understand applicable legal requirements, event guidelines, and company policies
Event Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate event logistics and service details based on client needs and operational requirements
- Maintain organization across multiple events to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Track event updates, changes, and special requests to support execution accuracy
Internal Communication & Coordination
- Communicate event details, timelines, and client requests clearly to Operations and internal teams
- Ensure all teams receive accurate, complete, and timely information for execution
- Monitor and relay updates or changes to ensure alignment across departments
Sales & Business Development
- Identify opportunities to upsell services when appropriate
- Support client retention and relationship growth
- Assist in developing new business opportunities through strong client engagement
Financial & Administrative Support
- Collect, record, and process payments in alignment with company procedures
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and event details
- Generate and update proposals, contracts, and reports using internal systems and templates
Standards, Training, & Accountability
- Ensure all client interactions and event processes align with company standards and expectations
- Support compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and operational procedures
- Promote accountability, organization, and attention to detail across all responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, hospitality, events, sales, or operations support
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and occasional travel as needed
Salary
$37,500–$45,000, commensurate with education and experience.
