HR Coordinator

Are you passionate about people and driven by the challenge of finding the perfect hire? Join McCurley Dealerships as our HR Coordinator and play a key role in shaping our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for talent.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from job posting to offer letters
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule candidate interviews
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with recruitment policies
• Represent McCurley Dealerships at career fairs and networking events
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Support other HR functions as needed, including employee engagement and recordkeeping

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience
• Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with using HRIS platform
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred

Hourly Pay ranges from $24.50 to $26.00.
