The Accounts Receivable Assistant will support the company’s billing and financial operations by preparing invoices, tracking customer payments, and maintaining accurate account records. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and professional communication when working with customers and internal teams.

• Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer payments and track outstanding account balances.

• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, payment status, and account information.
