Community Outreach Associate at QC Events – Charlotte, North Carolina

We are hiring outgoing and motivated individuals to join our event team representing charitable partners at live community events throughout the Charlotte area.

This is a people-focused, in-person role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with others, staying active, and contributing to meaningful causes.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent nonprofit partners at local events and outreach campaigns
• Engage with community members in a professional and friendly manner
• Share information about charitable initiatives
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Collaborate with a supportive team environment

Compensation:

• $500–$900 per week (performance-based).
• Most active new team members fall within this range when first starting, based on participation and results.
• On the job training provided.

• Strong communication skills
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is helpful but not required
