About This Position

About the Role
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive PMO Coordinator to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and wants to contribute to improving project delivery and customer satisfaction.
The PMO Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our Project Managers by owning administrative and coordination tasks, with a particular focus on non-revenue generating projects. This position will help ensure smooth project setup and operational efficiency, allowing experienced Project Managers to concentrate on high-impact delivery efforts.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and support project kickoff processes and documentation for incoming projects
  • Manage non-billable project types including offboardings, system onboardings (Secure 365, Hosted 365), and backup services (Keepit)
  • Complete project setup audits, validate key fields, and ensure necessary documentation is attached
  • Assist with change order tracking, billing questions, and customer satisfaction survey follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify blockers and facilitate early resolution
  • Support compliance with PMO frameworks, helping ensure consistency across all projects
  • Enable increased efficiency by shifting non-billable tasks away from Project Managers
  • Provide general administrative support to the PMO team
Who You Are
  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, or a Bachelor’s in a business-related field (e.g., Communications, Event Planning, Marketing, Organizational Leadership)
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Effective communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and improve team processes
  • Committed to delivering great experiences for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Aligned with our company values and excited to contribute to a growing team
Why Join Us
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a PMO setting while learning from seasoned Project Managers. As a PMO Coordinator, you'll make a measurable impact on operational efficiency and project delivery timelines, all while working in a hybrid, flexible environment that values personal growth and team success.
