Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care and support with daily living tasks.
- Hydration support and nutrition/meal preparation.
- Medication support (as trained and delegated).
- Social inclusion and community participation (e.g., outings, events, restaurants).
- Accurate recordkeeping, handovers, and incident reporting.
- Follow infection prevention/control and safeguarding procedures; escalate concerns promptly.

Requirements:
- A kind, compassionate and calm approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Full UK driving licence (desirable) and willingness to travel between visits.
- Ability to support active days in the community; some packages involve extended walking.
- Right to work in the UK; willingness to complete mandatory training.
