Come be a part of a growing team that values compassion, collaboration, and community!REPORTS TO: CSR SUPERVISORSummary: Our client service representatives support our efforts in providing the highest quality primary veterinary care to our patients. As the front line of communication between our clients and providers, our CSRs help to promote the practice by maintaining a client-oriented and professional work environment. CSRs are responsible for using the computer and veterinary management software, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, patient check-in and check-out, and more. They also service as liaisons between our patients and medical staff. Duties will include but may not be limited to;Greet clients and pets in a prompt, courteous and helpful mannerCheck out patients, print invoices, and receive/apply paymentEnsure work and reception area is kept clean and professional at all timesAnswer phone calls and relay information to the appropriate partyAssist client at times of euthanasia by rooming patients, preparing paperwork and taking paymentsKeep food and merchandise shelves stockedDrawer reconciliationEnd of day depositsComplete all other tasks assignedThe idea candidate requires:Above and beyond customer service skills and a positive attitudeExcellent written and oral communication skillsThe ability to deal with fast paced and stressful situationsComfort with and knowledge of computer and internet skills as well as veterinary terms/proceduresStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsWe offer you accrued PTO, health insurance, dental, vision, 401k and plenty of pet perks for your personal “fur-babies”.
