Pool Attendant at Clean Tec Outsourcing LLC – Orlando, Florida

Job Description:

The Pool Attendant ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable environment in the hotel's pool area. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool deck, restrooms, and surrounding areas, as well as providing towels and assisting guests. The Pool Attendant also sets up and organizes pool furniture and umbrellas according to weather conditions and guest needs.

Responsibilities:

• Set up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables according to standards
• Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety and enforce pool rules
• Provide towels and assist guests with requests such as chairs or shade adjustments
• Test and record pool chemical levels as directed
• Remove used towels, debris, and trash from the pool area
• Clean and organize pool equipment and storage areas
• Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs
• Assist in organizing poolside events and activities

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move pool furniture and equipment as needed
• Basic knowledge of pool safety and cleanliness standards
• Great attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Availability to work outdoors, weekends, and holidays
