We are currently seeking a Junior Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional to gain hands-on experience in financial operations while supporting the accounting team in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
Position Overview
The Junior Accounting Specialist will support the accounting department with daily financial operations including accounts payable processing, financial transaction entry, reconciliations, and documentation management.
This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy, organization, and integrity of financial records while supporting internal teams and vendors. The position offers exposure to multiple accounting functions and provides a strong foundation for career growth within finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices and enter transactions accurately into the accounting system
- Maintain vendor records including W-9 forms and supporting documentation
- Assist with vendor communication regarding invoices, payments, and documentation

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with Quickbooks Online
- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting,
- Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- CPA is a plus but not required
