As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an enjoyable and personalized shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping journey.

• Display a strong product knowledge and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

• Maintain visuals and organize merchandise to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment.

• Execute sales transactions promptly and accurately, utilizing our POS system.

• Proactively engage with customers to build lasting relationships and foster loyalty.

• Stay up to date with product information, promotions, and any changes in store policies.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ideally 1 or more years of experience, but we’re open to newcomers!

• Passion for providing top-notch customer service.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Previous experience in a sales-oriented role is preferred, but not essential.

• Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, and evenings, based on the store's needs.
