The Opportunity: You will serve as a premier technical leader and mentor, moving beyond standard labor to shape the quality and standards of a growing field operations team. You will play a pivotal role in building efficient systems and elevating the service standards for both residential and commercial clients.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of complex plumbing systems to ensure total code compliance.

• Interpret detailed blueprints and schematics to determine optimal layouts for new construction and remodeling.

• Mentor apprentices and guide field crews to foster a culture of technical excellence and accountability.

• Diagnose intricate mechanical issues and execute repairs efficiently to minimize client downtime.

• Coordinate with electricians and HVAC technicians to integrate systems seamlessly on multi-trade job sites.

• Execute rigorous pressure and leak tests to guarantee the integrity and safety of every installation.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for inspectors and customers to ensure project transparency.

• Source material needed for repairs and install.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Master Plumber License in Maryland, DC, or Virginia.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the plumbing trade.

• Proven proficiency in reading construction plans and estimating materials or labor for large-scale jobs.

• Extensive hands-on experience in residential, new construction and commercial remodeling environments.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the physical capability to handle heavy lifting in demanding field conditions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role managing multi-person crews.

• Advanced knowledge of local permitting processes and regulatory standards across the DMV area.

• History of participating in formal apprenticeship training or professional development programs.
