Residential Service Plumber - Up to $60/hour (with incentives) at Appleton Campbell – Warrenton, Virginia

Residential Plumbing Techs: $5,000 sign-on bonus, make up to $60/hour after incentives, and flexible schedule.

Requirements:

• 2 years of residential plumbing experience (5 years preferred)
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential buildings
• Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Work involves exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, bio-hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
• Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.
• Adhere to the highest standards of quality, and safety standards
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
