Overview

We are developing the first telemetry and production system designed for large language models, giving them complete visibility into and control over running software so AI can keep applications running seamlessly. We’re starting with automatic error fixes.

Product: The system flags, triages, identifies root causes, and fixes production code errors. Users never need to prompt the system.

Funding: $9.9M seed from Khosla, Max Levchin, The House Fund and South Park Commons.

Team Size: Six people — three co-founders and three engineers — all reporting to the CEO.

Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node, Express, AWS & NextJS

About the Role

You will build the core intelligence behind our root-cause analysis engine and observability stack, working on problems that go far beyond traditional full-stack or infrastructure development.

What you will work on

• Developing telemetry pipelines, improving internal tooling and SDKs, and building systems that reconstruct timelines across logs, traces, and deployments.
• Building automatic instrumentation that tracks code behavior, preserves asynchronous context, and increases visibility into backend operations.
• Creating code-origin mapping systems that connect logs and events directly to the corresponding source code.
• Designing secure sandbox environments that allow agents to run checks, inspect systems, and safely validate ideas.
• Building multi-agent reasoning systems that use real telemetry data to generate accurate root-cause analyses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer (with an informal upper limit of around 7 years).
• Experience working directly with users.
• Strong belief in the product vision.

Interview Process
