This is a highly technical, hands-on analytics role focused on enabling Sales teams in a product-led growth environment to identify and act on real revenue opportunities. You will design and own dashboards that transform product usage, account data, and CRM signals into clear, actionable insights that drive pipeline generation, expansion, and conversion from self-service to sales-led motions. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Data, requiring strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of GTM strategy. You will partner directly with Sales reps and leadership to ensure analytics tools are not just informative, but actively used in day-to-day decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in SQL-heavy environments, enjoys building end-to-end analytics solutions, and is motivated by driving measurable business impact. You will play a key role in shaping how Sales teams prioritize accounts and uncover growth opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM dashboards, including development, iteration, adoption, and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain dashboards that help Sales teams identify expansion, upsell, and pipeline generation opportunities within accounts.
- Translate product usage, CRM, and account data into actionable insights that guide Sales prospecting and account planning.
- Write complex SQL queries across data sources such as Salesforce, Snowflake, and product usage databases to build reliable datasets.
- Partner closely with Sales teams and leadership to refine dashboards based on real-world workflows and feedback.
- Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for Sales, supporting troubleshooting, questions, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of key GTM metrics in collaboration with RevOps and Finance teams.
- Continuously improve dashboard usability and adoption, ensuring insights directly support pipeline generation activities.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or GTM/sales analytics roles in a SaaS environment.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and large-scale data manipulation.
- Strong experience building and owning dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar platforms.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce data structures, including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and activity tracking.
- Experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake or similar cloud-based systems.
- Proven ability to translate product usage data into actionable sales insights for expansion and pipeline generation.
- Strong understanding of SaaS growth motions, including PLG, expansion, and self-serve to sales-led conversion.
- Demonstrated ownership of dashboards end-to-end, including adoption and continuous iteration.
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales teams and ability to operate in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, usability, and business impact.
